Bridging Finance:  This facility is available for the applicant, awaiting the finalization of a term loan. This facility is focused on short term (ideally 1 month to 6 month), The interest rates are substantially higher than term loans, but can be acquired in a shorter time frame.  Subject to availability.

Venture Capital:  Riskier than the above for the financier, we have recently begun to expand into the market of sourcing capital for starting business ventures. Criteria for acquiring a loan will be merited on each application, as each is unique and possess various degrees of security. More information will be provided on request.
